The Hub is appointed to Department for Transport’s STARThree Framework

The Hub – Transport Advisory is thrilled to have been appointed by the Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom to their Specialist Technical Advisory for Rail and Other Transport Systems (STARThree) Framework as of 27 July 2023.

STARThree provides DfT, and its community of agencies and public bodies such as Network Rail and the aviation and maritime authorities, with access to the best expertise in the market to offer specialist technical and commercial advisory services to support major projects and programmes across rail, aviation, urban transport and other forms of mobility. The Hub is proud to have been appointed as an Expert supplier for Category A – Transport Strategy, Planning and Economic Forecasting Advice and Category C – Commercial Advice for Transport.
