The Hub – Transport Advisory has made two senior appointments marking a transformative moment as a leading UK-based transport consultancy. These appointments grow and diversify the business and give us a mandate to expand into new markets and geographies, with a broader and enhanced offering to clients.
Josie Drath, joining as Executive Director, brings a wealth of expertise and leadership capability. Josie is a highly experienced project and people leader, with an ability to combine commercial and technical insights, grounded in consulting leadership roles at Arup and Atkins. Josie joins Yasha Vojdani and Pieter Meulendijk-de Mol, who founded The Hub in 2020, as a third Executive Director and Board member. This significant investment in our offering reflects our drive to be the go-to advisors known for outstanding people.
Josie said “I am really excited to be joining and co-leading The Hub in the next part of their journey. I have known Yasha and Pieter for many years and really admire the business and exceptional team they have established, so I feel very lucky to become a part of it. I’m looking forward to bringing my skillset and experience to diversify and expand our business potential.”
To support our growth plans and organisational transformation, we are also excited to welcome Rufus Boyd as Non-Executive Director. Rufus, formerly of Great British Railways Transition Team (GBRTT), brings extensive transport experience across UK and international markets. Additionally, Rufus will be a Senior Strategic Advisor for The Hub on projects that demand senior advisory expertise.
Rufus said: “I am delighted to be returning to the world of management consulting with such a strong and determined executive team; The Hub rightly see their recent hires at every level of the business from graduate upwards as the start of a transformative chapter for the business”.
These appointments build our executive strength and our ability to deliver larger and more complex projects across the transport sector, complementing the exceptional capabilities of long standing Senior Strategic Advisors Kelly Barlow and Ben Wilson.
