The Hub announces fourth Director appointment, strengthening major programmes and transformation expertise

The Hub – Transport Advisory has appointed Ija Nnachi as Director, marking another important step in the firm’s continued growth. Ija joins Yasha Vojdani, Pieter Meulendijk-de Mol and Josie Drath, as The Hub’s fourth Director.

With over 25 years of experience across transport, infrastructure and business transformation, Ija brings deep expertise in helping organisations turn strategic ambition and major investment into successful delivery. His experience spans transport transformation, operating model design, intelligent client capability, portfolio and programme transformation, governance, assurance and performance improvement.

Prior to joining The Hub, Ija held senior leadership roles at PA Consulting, Arcadis, EC Harris and Turner & Townsend, as well as the Strategic Rail Authority. Throughout his career, he has worked with government, infrastructure owners, operators and regulators across rail, highways, aviation and major infrastructure programmes, helping clients strengthen organisational capability, improve delivery confidence and manage complex change.

Ija’s appointment further strengthens The Hub’s ability to support clients navigating increasingly complex transport and infrastructure challenges. Drawing on his experience building consulting teams and developing new service offerings, he will lead the growth of The Hub’s capabilities in transport transformation, infrastructure delivery and organisational performance, complementing the firm’s established
commercial, strategic, financial and economic advisory expertise.

Commenting on his appointment, Ija said:

“I am delighted to be joining The Hub at such an exciting stage in its growth. The business has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality strategic, commercial, transformation, financial and economic advice across the transport sector.

I look forward to working with Yasha, Pieter, Josie and the wider team to further strengthen our capabilities and help clients bridge the gap between strategy and delivery, building the organisational capability, governance and ways of working needed to deliver better outcomes from major transport and infrastructure investment.”
