On 25 May 2025, GTS Rail Operations Limited (a joint venture between Go Ahead, Tokyo Metro and Sumitomo Corporation) took over the operation of the Elizabeth line.

Colleagues at The Hub have supported GTS in both the successful bid for the operator contract in the first half of 2024, and throughout the mobilisation phase from January 2025 onwards, with Kelly Barlow, John Benfield, and Stephen Roddy developing and executing the people strategy for the concession period, Tom Dunn managing key contractual transitions, and Aishy Chidambaram establishing an ambitious customer experience transformation programme. We are proud to have been given the opportunity to collaborate with outstanding colleagues from across the industry and be a part of the Elizabeth line’s journey.
